  • The studio offers the following small group equipment classes:

    Reformer, Tower, Mixed Equipment, Chair, Pilates Strength and Pilates/Yoga Fusion.

  • Individually customized 1:1 sessions are ideal for anyone new to pilates, those looking for a more personalized session structure, as well as for individuals that have new injuries, are participating in physical therapy or that are limited in their ability to do the exercises during a small group class setting.

  • The foundation of your Pilates practice starts on the mat! Mat class will support your weekly equipment class practice and offer an opportunity to continue to develop key connections, fundamental movement patterns, build strength and increase awareness of the different shapes in space that are weaved throughout the Pilates body of work.  Expect to be challenged on the mat! 

    *Participants must be able to transition from laying down to sitting up and standing without assistnace.

  • Active Aging sessions are for the young at heart!  Clients are guided through an equipment based class that will flow at a slower pace, provide more time for transitions and offer modifications for aging joints.  

    Active Aging class requires prior Pilates experience and an understanding of the key Pilates principles and movement patterns.  Reformer and Tower experience is expected.   

    Equipment used: Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat, Barrels, Power Circle, Pilates Ball.

  • $40 Single Drop-in Session Rate

    This session pass expires after 90 Days

  • $190 5 Session Class Pass with No Expiration Date

  • $350 10 Session Class Pass

    This pass expires after 120 Days

  • We offer customized 1:1 pilates training sessions, duet sessions, and small group sessions.

    Pricing varies based on number of participants and trainer.

  • This package is ideal for Individuals with some prior experience working on the Pilates reformer.

    Individuals must be free of new injures and able to lie prone (on your belly), lie supine ( on your back), kneel and take direction well to allow for smooth transitions during a small group class.

    If you are unsure of your class readiness please reach out to the studio for guidance. Private Instruction may be recommended.
